This policy explains what information ModifyPDF (“we”, “us”), available at modifypdf.net, collects and how it is used.
Your files
All PDF and image processing happens locally in your web browser. Files you open with our tools are never uploaded to, stored on, or seen by our servers. They stay in your browser’s memory until you close or reload the page.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (for example, which tools are popular). Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location and device type. It never receives the contents of your files. Advertising
We use Google AdSense to show ads. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

We also store your light/dark theme preference in your browser’s local storage. It never leaves your device.
Children
ModifyPDF is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Your rights
